The anxiety experienced with inner city-living is expressed daily on the streets. Hiding under hoods, heads in screens and intentionally oblivious to what can often be an over stimulating and stressful environment.
Occasionally amongst all this are rare moments, smiles, gestures, actions that are both unpredictable and haphazard, but happen with a regularity that denies any notion of coincidence.
Both being disturbed by and enjoying and the streets, ‘Crossing London’ is both pleasure and pain, but needs to be experienced.
To see and take pleasure in seeing.
